Having spent +15 years in various roles in manufacturing and Quality; I am an experienced practitioner of engineering tools & quality management, world-class manufacturing (WCM), and complex problem-solving methodologies. Since the beginning of my career, I have had people management responsibilities including blue-collar and later, white-collar employees. Being engaged with all levels across the organization, I am confident with my leadership skills, especially in terms of capability building (reskilling and upskilling the workforce) and change management (adapting to new ways of working). I am very used to working in a collaborative team environment such as other functions in the organization (R&D, quality, supply chain, procurement) and as 3rd parties (suppliers, technology partners) in a complex ecosystem.
